直升飞机主减速器传动轴稳态热分析

摘 要: 以包括传动轴、直齿轮、人字齿轮及滚动轴承在内的直升飞机主减速器某传动轴系统整体为研究对象,以齿轮啮合学、摩擦学、传热学等理论为基础,确定传动轴整体传热模型和边界条件,计算传动轴、直齿轮、人字齿轮和轴承的摩擦功率损失以及各个接触面的对流换热系数。建立传动轴系统整体有限元模型,确定传动轴系统热载荷加载方法,获得传动轴系统整体和传动轴本身的稳态温度场。研究结果表明:在整个传动轴系统中,大轴承外圈的温度最高;传动轴上与人字齿轮接触部位温度最高;传动轴的温度呈阶梯性分布。

Steady state thermal analysis of transmission shaft system ofmain reducer of helicopter

Abstract:Taking some transmission shaft systems of main reducers of helicopter composed of a transmission shaft, a spur gear, a herringbone gear and two different rolling bearings as research object, based on theories of gear meshing, friction and thermal conduction, the heat transfer model of integral transmission shaft system and boundary conditions were confirmed, and friction power loss and heat transfer coefficients of all contact surfaces were calculated. The finite element model of integral transmission shaft system was built, the thermal loading method for integral transmission shaft system was determined, and the steady temperature field of the transmission shaft and integral transmission shaft system were obtained. The results show that the highest temperature of integral transmission shaft system appears at outer ring of the bigger bearing. The highest temperature of transmission shaft occurs in the position which contacts herringbone gear; the whole steady temperature is ladder-like distribution.
