砂土中水平锚板抗拔特性试验研究

摘 要: 运用改装的试验装置和数据采集系统,对锚板在砂土中的抗拔特性进行系统的试验研究。分析不同砂土密实度条件下锚板抗拔力和位移的关系曲线特征,研究不同埋深比下抗拔力、破坏系数和破坏位移的变化规律,并根据破坏力与破坏位移随埋深比的变化趋势得到不同密实状态下的临界埋深比。研究结果表明:砂土密实度对锚板的抗拔性能有非常大的影响,增加砂土的密实度可以大幅度提高锚板的抗拔承载力,并显著减小锚板的位移变形;增加锚板的埋置深度同样可以大幅度提高锚板的抗拔承载力,但抗拔承载力的增加幅度受临界埋深比的限制,临界埋深比随密度增加有增大的趋势。以上试验结果可为建立锚板上拔预测模型提供参考依据。

Experimental study on uplift behavior of anchor plate in sand

Abstract:An experimental investigation on uplift behavior of anchor plate in sand was presented. A series of model tests were performed to investigate the influence of soil particle size, soil density, and anchor embedment depth on uplift behavior. Using the modified test device and data acquisition system, the uplift behavior of the anchor plate in sand was systematically studied. The relationship between the pull-out force and the displacement of the anchor plate at different sand-soil densities was analyzed. The variation law of the pull-out force, the failure coefficient and the damage displacement at different depth-of-depth ratios were studied. According to the destructive force and the damage displacement, the variation trend of the embedment depth ratio was obtained by the critical embedment depth ratio at different soil densities. The results show that the soil density has a great influence on the uplift resistance of the anchor plate. Increasing the density of the soil can greatly improve the bearing capacity of the anchor plate and significantly reduce the displacement of the anchor plate. The embedment depth of the anchor plate can also greatly improve the bearing capacity of the anchor plate, but the increase of the bearing capacity is limited by the critical embedment depth ratio. This critical value increases with the increase of soil density. The above test results can provide reference for the establishment of an uplift prediction model of the anchor plate.
