热定型过程织物单位面积质量在线控制系统建模及其滞后补偿控制设计方案

摘 要: 设计热定型过程织物单位面积质量的在线控制系统,提出“质量转移”的建模思想,通过等效简化得出热定型织物单位面积质量与过程参数之间的对应关系,建立以单位面积质量在线控制系统定后单位面积质量为被控变量的过程模型,并基于实际生产数据验证模型的有效性。在此基础上,设计比值-Smith预估控制系统对热定型过程中存在的大滞后非线性进行补偿。研究结果表明:该方案能明显缩短单位面积质量控制系统的调节时间,提高控制的稳定性和精度。

Design scheme for modeling and delay compensation for fabric mass per unit area on-line control system in heat setting process

Abstract:An on-line control system of fabric mass per unit area in heat setting process was designed, and a modeling idea named “mass transfer method” was put forward. With this idea, the relationship between mass per unit area and the parameters of heat setting process was obtained by equivalent simplifying, and the mathmatical model of the on-line control system with the set weight of fabric as its output was set up. The validity of the model was verified by practical production data. On the basis of the above work, a ratio-Smith control system was designed to compensate the large delay in the heat setting process. The results show that the designed scheme can reduce the settling time evidently, and the stability and accuracy of the control can be improved as well.
