硝酸“催化”分解黄铁矿的动力学研究

摘 要: 本文在333~363K,硝酸根 浓度0.1~0.5mol/L的条件下,实验研究了常氧压下硝酸“催化”分解黄铁矿的动力学。结果表明,黄铁矿分解后其中所含硫主要转化为硫酸根,浸出过 程受化学反应控制,符合收缩未反应核模型,其表观活化能为39.87kJ/mol。根据实验结果推导出浸出速率的数学模型为: 1-(1-α)1/3=6.30×102CNO30.83·CH0.81·r0-1·exp(-39.87×103/RT)t

A KINETIC STUDY OF LEACHING OF PYRITE CATALYZED BY NITRIC ACID

Abstract:The leaching of pyrite catalyzed by nitric acid at normal oxygen pressure has been inves-tigated in the temperature range 333 to 363 K. It was observed that almost all the pyrite sul-fur was converted to sulfate in the leaching processes, and chemical reaction at the mineralsurface was rate controllong. The activation energy of the leaching reaction was determinedto be 39.87 kJ/mol. A mathematical model was developed on the basis of unreacted shrinkingcore model to explain the leaching rates.
