LCAS SiCw ZrO2复合材料的力学性能及其微观结构

摘 要: 研究了LCAS SiCw ZrO2复合材料的力学性能及其微观结构.力学性能分析表明:SiCw增韧和ZrO2相变增韧的加和性不是简单地叠加,SiCw增韧提高了ZrO2 相变增韧效果.体积分数分别为55 % ,30% ,15% 的LCAS,SiCw,ZrO2复合材料的断裂韧性K1C和抗弯强度σb 达到6-4 MPa·m1/2 和331-7 MPa.透射电镜(TEM) 图象表明:复合材料中ZrO2起了应力诱导相变增韧作用;LCAS/SiCw界面较清晰,其宽度约15 nm ;搭在LCAS/SiCw界面两侧的杆状TiC 颗粒增加了界面结合强度

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF LCAS SiC w ZrO 2 COMPOSITE

Abstract:The mechanical properties and microstructure of SiCw reinforced and ZrO2 toughened LCAS matrix composites were studied. The analysis of mechanical properties of composites shows that the combined toughness increment introduced by the use of SiCw and ZrO2 is greater than the sum of the individual toughness increments. The prepared composite (volume fractions of LCAS, SiC w, ZrO2 are 55%, 30%, 15% respectively) has high toughness (6.4 MPa·m 1/2 ) and fracture strength (331.7 MPa). The TEM analysis of the composites shows that there is ZrO2 phase transformation toughening in the composites; the interfacial layer between SiC w and LCAS matrix is alout 15 nm thick; the TiC particles precipitating in the interfacial region has resulted in high interfacial bond strength.
