隧道衬砌刚度对结构耐久性影响的模型试验研究

摘 要: 通过室内试验对设计时速250 km/h的Ⅴ级双线隧道进行模拟,根据衬砌厚度、强度以及衬砌类型划分为4种工况。对隧道结构耐久性提出一些建议。试验结果表明:隧道结构呈现出弹性—塑性—破坏3个阶段,衬砌刚度、衬砌类型和材料强度对隧道结构整体的承载力有很大影响;衬砌刚度越大,衬砌开裂越早,进入塑性阶段越早,极限承载力也越小;衬砌中的钢筋不能延缓衬砌的开裂时间,但可延缓衬砌进入塑性阶段的时间,从而延长整体的承载能力。

Model test on effect of tunnel lining stiffness to structure durability

Abstract:The design speed of 250 km/h Ⅴ-class two-lane tunnel was simulated by laboratory experiments, and the 4 conditions were designed to the different lining structures. A number of recommendations on the tunnel structure durability were proposed. The results show that the tunnel structure has three deformation stages, i.e. elastic— plastic—destruction. Lining stiffness, lining type and strength of materials have significant impacts on the overall bearing capacity of the tunnel structure. If the lining stiffness is greater, the lining will be earlier to crack, and the plastic stage will appear sooner, so the ultimate bearing capacity will be smaller. The steel bars in the lining cannot delay the lining cracking time, but they can delay the time the lining gets into the plastic stage, and thus they can extend the overall bearing capacity.
